We do not provide cash refunds. However, we will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date with a valid receipt, all tags attached, and no signs of damage.

Returns and exchanges are processed in the form of a store credit within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.  To receive your store credit more quickly, use our Returns Portal below!

  • We do not provide refunds for missing packages! If a package is missing, we ask that you email us.  A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and then we will resend a new package requiring a signature.
