 OPRAH'S FAVORITE THINGS: 2024 HOLIDAY SEASON

  • Any item from Oprah's Favorite Things can be returned for a full refund post marked through January 12th, 2025.  Any returns outside of this date will receive store credit postmarked through January 20th, 2025.
  • All tags must be attached 
  • All items must be in the original condition and zip poly bags
  • No signs of wear or damage

RETURNS ON REGULAR-PRICED MERCHANDISE:

We do not provide cash/credit card refunds. However, we will accept exchanges within 25 days of the delivery date during this holiday season.  All tags must be attached and no signs of damage. The items can not be worn. Any items showing wear will not be honored.

Returns and exchanges are processed in the form of a store credit within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.  To receive your store credit please use our Return Portal: meltfit.returnscenter.com

 

RETURNS ON Sales over 40% off and Clearance


Any items purchased from sales over 40% off are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
There will be no returns or exchanges accepted. If you choose to send these products back to the warehouse, we will contact you to offer an option of re-shipment of the item you returned (at your own expense) or Forfeiture of the item.

MISSING PACKAGES:

We do not provide refunds for missing packages. If a package is missing, we ask that you email us at help@meltfit.com
A claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier and then we will resend a new package requiring a signature.
